Review of Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey (1993) by Jackson D — 21 Jan 2009

One of my favorite childhood movies. All of the voice actors bring such life to a movie, where, I assume it's pretty hard to portray any emotion across the screen because it's not done through animated mouths or faces.

The story is good, and I feel like this was a better adaptation than the original 1963 version Disney made.

Believe me, you ask anyone born between the years 1985 and 1992 and they will be able to tell you that they saw this movie. Most of them will even admit that they cried when Shadow was stuck in the mud pit. And everyone always feels fantastic when you hear Michael J Fox shout out "JAMIE!".
