Wasn't planning on seeing this in theaters, but hey, an action flick is an action flick. It's funny, having seen the critically acclaimed Out of the Furnace the week before and not being very impressed, this movie seemed a lot better for not attempting to be something it wasn't.
The action scenes are not any better, but the emotions are clearer and more understandable. I did think Statham is looking a bit old, but Franco was great in every scene he stole. And Kate Bosworth almost out Francoed Franco.
