Review of Homefront (2013) by Manny C — 12 Mar 2014
If Homefront weren't so far up its own very serious ass it could have been terrific trash. But it's just trash. Jason Statham is a widowed DEA agent moving into a small town with his young daughter, James Franco is the town's local meth dealer, named Gator.
Winona Ryder is Gator's trash-tastic lover, Kate Bosworth is his drug-addict sister. Everyone in roles they aren't normally playing. And they're all terrible. Made even more terrible by the fact they have to recite horrid dialog written by---no joke---Sylvester Stallone.
This one needs to be flushed.
