It's a Sly script what else can you really expect. 80s storyline/backdrop, more well-known youngish established actors. In some scenes they are quite good, in other scenes, really bad. Statham continues his reign as the new B-Dubs.
Everyone else is against type. The only refreshing thing was that there was no romance, although a pointless setup for one.
