Review of Homefront (2013) by Matt L — 19 Sep 2014
Look, I typically give the benefit of the doubt to bad actioners by Statham. I like them. But this movie is too dumb even for me to recommend. Written by Sly Stallone the premise of this movie is based around a conflict on a playground between 8 year olds, I kid you not.
Franco is a good bad guy, even though he doesn't stand a chance against Statham. In fact, the entirety of this movie I kept asking myself, why do these guys keep messing with someone who can so easily beat their asses over and over.
What is the message behind this movie? Don't be mean on a playground or everyone might die?
