Review of Homefront (2013) by Michael H — 20 Sep 2014
It could have been crazy-good trash: Jason Statham as a widowed DEA agent, moving to a small town with his young daughter; James Franco as a local meth dealer named Gator; Winona Ryder as Gator's trashy whore; Kate Bosworth as his junkie sister.
Everyone cast against type. Everyone breathtakingly bad, reciting dialogue by Sylvester Stallone that begs for a "mute" button.
