Review of Home Alone (1990) by Epicladysponge — 28 Jan 2016
There's not too much to find with Home Alone. I don't see a connection with our child protagonist since he's not developed a bit much despite spending majority of the movie stealing the show. I also do not see much out of a movie that keeps its plot filled with common tropes that either don't last long or go on to see death in laughter rather than find different ways to keep its audience laughing every time they come across it.
Home Alone is too simple and I mean way too simple for a movie that doesn't spend its time looking for different ways to improve what could have been a holiday classic like what everyone here suggests.
