Review of Home (2016) by Crystal M — 02 Apr 2017
Richard Roper said, "Anyone over 10 will see the plot twists a mile away." Well shucks I'm 32 and didn't spot it until about the time Oh discovered it. Probably because I was watching a movie for entertainment and not trying to analyze it.
Christie Lemire said, "it's also numbing in its simplicity and often rather annoying." Do you have kids Christie? This movie plays over 5 times a day in my house and it's by far NOT annoying compared to many many many other movies before that. (haha).
Look this movie sweet, it has a rocking soundtrack, and it gets the kids excited because it's goofy and filled with imagination. It also helps teach empathy and covers various emotions. It gets bonus points for not having any political undertones. At least not that I spotted.
Fun for all ages watch it and shake your boove thing!
