Review of Hollywoodland (2006) by Stacy K — 24 Jun 2008
Adrian Brody's relentless overacting cannot spoil this (otherwise) terrific film. Don't be confused; though marketed as a noirish murder mystery, this film is really a meditation on failed dreams and the great empty spaces lost illusions leave in our hearts.
