Review of Hollywood Homicide (2003) by Kelli N — 17 Jun 2007
I have to admit I anticipated this movie to be at least humorous or entertaining. I was sorely disappointed. The conventional story of a mismatched pair of cops trying to crack a major case is once again exploited.
Although classified as an action movie, it definitely lacks the spark of full-on action films. The "humour" is also quite lame. The jokes are sore stabs at clichéd parodies. I can also confidentially say I have forgotten the story.
It also drags on. Let's just say the main plot is a murder, and then a string of busts, but it failed to entertain.
