Review of Hollow Man (2000) by Sean C — 28 Apr 2009
An interesting special effects film that broke a lot of new ground in the genre, for which Verhoeven is known to do so well. It's a modern twist on the invisible man incorporating sci-fi technology to ease it along, and a compelling story, featuring some great supporting performances.
Still, it never reaches above or beyond its genre, but it's a fun ride for the duration, which I think is the least you can ask from a modern sci-fi film.
7.9/10.
