Review of Holiday (1938) by Elizabeth N — 29 Sep 2008
Quirky, charming and perfect for a lazy Sunday. Grant and Hepburn are excellent as ever, and the film held added appeal to me as I love Edward Everett Horton. It isn't perfect, I think it would probably work better on the stage as I felt you could tell it originally was a play, but even so it still holds a certain type of charm.
