My daughter was reading the book in school and so we rented the movie to give her a better picture of the story. The movie follows the book well and keeps you interested. The cinematography is done so well that I swear I was sweating from how hot the climate was where they were digging! Great moral to the story and very entertaining.
We enjoyed this film and it was requested as a permanent DVD to our collection.
