Review of Hold the Dark (2018) by Eddie M — 30 Sep 2018
Pay attention or you'll miss key clues and wonder wtf was going on when the credits roll. A second watch may be required if you make a cuppa mid way through. Far more subtle than the book - the motivations are not easily apparent.
The truth is hidden in the raw, untamed Alaskan wilderness. Like a Magic Eye image, if you look long and hard enough it all becomes clear. Beautiful, haunting, savage.
