Review of Hogfather (2007) by Sanna L — 12 May 2008
Hogfather (2007): "I don't normally care if they've been naughty or nice." - Death.
Discworld's version of Santa, known as Hogfather, suddenly goes missing - the first in a series of events that leads to the villian Mr. Teatime.
A two-part made-for-TV film adapted from Terry Pratchett's novel of the same name. Vadim Jean's adaptation of Pratchett's novel is genius, but I should warn you that Jean was true to Pratchett's renowned irony; it will take a little time to adjust to Pratchett's anti-villian and anti-hero characters.
My only wish is that the video came with English subtitles.
"You need to believe in things that aren't true; how else can they become?" - Death.
