Review of Hocus Pocus (1993) by Regzedmaa S — 11 Nov 2009

Hocus Pocus is a favorite of mine because I grew up watching it and I just couldn't get enough! Winnie, Mary and Sarah are so funny throughout. I especially love the scene where Mary is flying on the Hoover because their brooms got stolen!!! I adore Binx the cat and it's so sad what happened to him when he was Thackery, as he was only trying to save his sister Emily.

He really loved Dani too and I loved the ending when he was finally released from his curse of being Binx and was reunited with Emily. It's just a shame that he had to leave Dani, Max and Allison, especially Dani, but at least she got a kiss on the cheek from him before he left.

I also really loved Billy as at first he went after them because Winnie told him too but then he became friends with Dani and joined their side, much to Winnie's anger!!! Hocus Pocus is a classic, not in the old sense, but just in the sense that it's a great film for the entire family to enjoy over and over again, just like mine all do.
