A fun, harmless, Disney farce about Witches that tends to be more entertaining that it looks. Parts of it feel out of place, shoved in, or a little forced, but overall there's nothing all that terrible, wrong, or even bad with this movie.
I'd give it a recommendation for kids on Halloween but it's nothing more than a fun kids film.
