Brilliant Grindhouse style vigilante flick starring Rutger Hauer (Blade Runner, Blind Fury) as a hobo who gets fed up with the lunatics, pedo santas and the bad cops that have taken over the streets so he gets himself a shotgun to clean up the streets.
It's over the top but very entertaining.
