Review of Hitman Hart: Wrestling with Shadows (1998) by Dustin P — 31 Mar 2009
I wasn't really a Bret Hart fan as a kid, but now that I am much older and can appreciate the skill that goes into professional wrestling I can't help but like the guy. He is truly one of the all-time greats in the ring, and knows how to put on a great match with his wrestling abilities.
The timing of this documentary could not have been better as it covers the infamous Montreal Screw Job. Bret's side obviously isn't the whole story, but it's fascinating to see it all come about and to learn his thoughts on wrestling in general.
If you're a fan of wrestling it's a can't-miss film.
