Review of Hitler's Children (1943) by Allan C — 16 Aug 2016
Corny WWII era propaganda film is elevated by stylish direction by Edward Dmytryk before he broke out as a major film director and a typically strong performance by Tim Holt in the lead. The story involves a German-American girl who is forced to join the Hitler Youth.
This film was apparently quite shocking in it's day and today still holds up as quite engrossing.
