I liked it. Was not really an autobiography. More about the controversial process of the critically acclaimed Psycho! Not sure if hardcore Hitchcock fans would favor it, but Anthony Hopkins' s portrayal of the master of suspense was executing and Helen Mirren at his wife Alma was pretty good.
I suggest checking it out.
