Hitch is a very good film for the romantic genre but it does not classify as a good comedy. The film includes bits and pieces of comedy, drama and romance. But altogther the match is not a home run. If you're looking for a romantic film with bits and pieces of every genre check it out but as a comedy alone it does not fare so well.
