Review of Hit Me (1996) by Lady D — 09 Jun 2011
A well done little noir with an unflinching and compelling performance by Elias Koteas. Boy, this film is dark though, and it loses steam about halfway through, only to have William H. Macy drop in for a scene and get your hopes up.
It isn't great, or all that good, but if you like your neo-noirs dark and depressing, or your a fan of Koteas, it might be worth your while.
