It's not True Romance I give you that but it's a road movie with good actors, very good and very funny dialogues, no sex or violent scenes so this is pretty rare now...
Many critics complained about the "homophobic" humor (which is not, as prison rapists, for example, are not gays).
Hit & Run doesn't pretend to be serious anytime. Sheppard doesn't try to be Tarantino.
Dax Shepard tried to fit a lot a stuf in one single movie and he could certainly should have gone a little deeper into the main characters but there was no use for a trilogy...
It's really a must see movie compared to the rubbish blockbusters of 2012!
