Review of Hit and Run (2009) by Dave W — 28 Dec 2009
STORY - Girl gets drunk ass and unknowingly hits man with her jeep on her way home. Girl parks jeep in home garage. Girl hears noises in the night coming from garage. Girl investigates noise. Oh Darn! There's a man caked into the grill of the Jeep. Girl freaks out, and finshes what she started on the poor bastard while attempting to cover up any shred of incriminating evidence. Girl buries body. Body comes back from dead to exact revenge while girl runs amok trying to escape from grill boy.
Hit and Run suffers from about every category a film can suffer from including bad acting, script, direction, production values, any shred of believability and a plethora of really bad choices from start to finish. It does become more tolerable after about an hour, but it does little to save face with little more than 20 minutues left of the film itself. You would have to have th IQ of a hammer to enjoy this.
