It was ok. It could have been a lot better but it overdid the bedroom/bathroom humor a little too much; with other movies this may not have been much of a problem but it feels like it could have gotten more milage out of some of the historical events that are covered during the film.
Not is not to say that what it did offer up was not funny: my favorite parts were the first few at the beginning, the meeting with Jesus, and the Spanish Inquisition. There are also some good lines spread throughout the picture.
Therefore, although this movie is not a must-see, it at least deserves a glance.
