Unbelievable. This could be viewed a hundred times -- and has been -- without diminution. Cary Grant gives us the most astonishing performance in the movies. Seriously. And it's so well done, one doesn't even notice the effort that went into it.
He is thus, in Castiglione's terms, the perfect courtier.
