This movie is a bit silly. The director spends the first act of the movie telling you how awesome and effective his movie on Obama was, so much so that he got imprisoned (queue silly reenactments). Then it became more about the distorted history of the Democratic Party.
Finally it talks about Hillary Clinton for a moment. Hard to say it's about "her" America. Propaganda indeed. Somewhat interesting though. Just not labeled right as a movie title. Rating: 4 / 10.
