Definitely the worst movie in the Mr. Bean series. Whose idea was it to give him an Indian make-up? Insensitive.
The setup was great - Mr Bean in Jail? Sign me up! Mr Bean picks up an expensive historic painting? Hohoho! Can't wait for the disaster! But nothing happened.
I haven't laughed so little for a comedy since Ghostbusters.
