Really silly movie about erm, a serial hit and runner who kills for fun and an angry spouse who watched his wife become one of this dudes victims and has dedicated his life to avengeing his missus lol.
That is the movie and nothing else really occurs at all. Rhona is once again stunning, and the bad guy is total class. He's like Steve Austin from the Million $ Man only inna wheel chair lol. A solid 3 just because I actually quite liked the stupidity lol.
