Highway may just be the perfect Bollywood road movie! Its quiet & thoughtful tone makes this Imtiaz Ali's best directorial effort yet! Beautiful visuals, Beautiful tunes and Beautiful moments with a tinge of Art house cinema, makes this film more of a "hatke" experience.
Alia Bhatt emerges out as the real winner as she gives a terrific performance establishing her as one of the finest in the new lot of actors. Randeep Hooda (I'm a huge fan!) hold his own with his brooding expressions & mostly subtle performance.
Highway is a life time experience for people looking for meaningful cinema & don't mind a slow paced film, rest others, stay away!
