Review of Highlander: The Source (2007) by Monica N — 29 Jul 2012

Let me start by saying that I liked the original 1986 "Highlander" movie, and I am a loyal fan of the TV series. Beyond that, I'm embarrassed by the franchise, and the poor quality of this movie on many levels makes me hope that no further Highlander projects will come to fruition.

I would prefer that the strengths and high-points of the Highlander franchise not be overshadowed by any more weaknesses and low-points. I really wanted to like this movie, but couldn't, because it's such a stark contrast to what I liked about the TV series and the original movie.
