Review of Highlander (1986) by George I — 18 Sep 2014
Time has not been kind to this movie. Even if you look past getting a Frenchman to play a Scot and Scot to play an Egyptian/Spaniard (neither of whom making much effort to conceal their natural accents), this is a two star film which only earns it's third via Clancy Brown's performance as The Kurgan.
If I were a film-maker asked to remake this "classic", I'd say "Sure. As long as I get to make it about The Kurgan." He's the only interesting character here.
