Fun, campy... epic? Beats me. It is a weird and sometimes failed combination of genres but it sure provides the goods, with campy visual effects, a terrific villain, an absorbing "80s" environment and a kickass final fight sequence which was robbed by Tarantino in Kill Bill Vol. 1.
