Highlander is one of those great 80s films whose franchise potential seems ridiculous in hindsight. Christopher Lambert is still pretty hit or miss, but it's so much fun to watch that his bizarre accent is almost beside the point.
Cool 80s effects, swordplay, Sean Connery, Queen, what more could you ask for?
