Sure, it's cheesy. It's over-the-top sugary, innocent and sweet. And there's a definite social stigma in even admitting that you've seen ANY of the franchise. With all that said, though, if you allow yourself to have a good time and watch it with an open mind, you'll find that it's really kinda' fun.
The songs are catchy, the choreography is nice and a lot of the humor comes from the cheese and sugar of it all. It's nothing truly special, but it's brainless, sugary Disney-styled fun.
