Review of High School Musical 3: Senior Year (2008) by Khanh N — 01 Jul 2010
A series that was not ready for the big screen. HSM was good, HSM 2 was actually better, but HSM 3 was the biggest low of the whole series. It feels like a big repeat. The only change to this film is Gabriella goes to college instead of doing the usual "ditching" of Troy.
But Sharpay is still nasty, Troy still thinks about the future, and now he's even acting as a bully. Bigger dance numbers bring only bigger fails. HSM 3 was a sad ending to me only critically. And it will only go downhill from there.
Next stop on the downhill trip to failure: High School Musical 4: East Meets West.
