Better than the first two. Having been given an actual budget, this installment of the series improved in every aspect, not that it isn't still full of cheese. It is a bit more grown up story, with a stronger theme and character growth and much more extravagant musical numbers.
It is still the fun, silly style of the series but it feels more like an actual movie than the others.
