Review of High School Musical 3: Senior Year (2008) by The Critic ( — 16 May 2013
Offering everything that you'd expect from a Disney movie, this addition to the 'Musical' franchise will please its target tween audience (it performed astronomically well at the box office) but will leave most adults feeling the affects of sap overdose. (Even the school building is blindingly pure white!).
A number of song and dance routines are considerably entertaining (such as 'The Boys Are Back' and 'Scream') and lead Zac Efron effortlessly steals the show, despite his two-dimensional character.
By no means flawless, but is well-meaning and quite fun.
