High School Musical is a nonsensical bore when it comes to musicals. I enjoy cheesy musicals, but High School Musical did nothing for me and I found myself more annoyed than anything while watching it.
Why this became a phenomenon, I'll never understand, but then again, I'm too old for its target audience I suppose.
