This summer sequel may be less than its predecessor because of a purposely-developed character development that was the center of the little negativity, but it does offer more in energy, heart and the coming-of-age message communication of further expressing a teenage life while benefiting from the returning cast's performances and another memorable soundtrack. (B+).
