High-Rise is a stylish and louche step-up from another recent "building apocalypse" film, The Belko Experiment. Tom Hiddleston gives it his all, but High-Rise fails to build up the needed momentum for a cathartic ending.
And the film desperately needs to be cut by 20 minutes.
