Review of High Plains Drifter (1973) by Rob B — 24 Jun 2009
Another Eastwood western and as you'd expect he was the best part of it. It wasn't quite what I was expecting, especially the ending but it is a film worth watching if you like your westerns, particularly Eastwood ones.
It's not up there with the Dollars trilogy but that shouldn't put you off. It just about scrapes the mark I'm giving it, but it is a decent mark even if it hadn't.
