Beautifully shot with some amazing locations, but sometimes a bit too stylistic for its own good. I can appreciate a good surrealist dream-like sequence like the rest of em, but in this it just got repetitive and bordered on feeling like the director just wanted to make a bitchin' music video.
On a side note it reminded me how awesome the dream sequences were in Shutter Island. But anyway, the story was way too drawn out and the climax wasn't really shocking to leave any emotional resonance.
