Hichki is worth watching for those who are involved in teaching profession or Education system. But it is 'must-watch' for those who are 'learners' / the students. Its message is clear - if students fail, it is the teachers who are the deeply sorrowful.
This failure is not that of exams. It is behaviour of the students. It is not taking taking life's challenges with sporting spirit and fumbles to do something utterly wrong. For teachers, purity of the 'means' / the path / the journey is far more important than the 'ends' / the destination / the results in the school / college exams.
