This film is sheer reason why shows have to be careful about how they handle a script if they want to expand into theaters.

Hey Arnold: The Movie, quite frankly, packs so much 30 minute episode material into a 70 minute film that it forgets what makes the TV show memorable. And when it doesn't come off as a mere extended episode, it does everything that the show stood against.

Unless the audience is a child or a fan of the TV show, I'm afraid I can't vouch for this thing.
