Couldn't really tell if this was a comedy or a drama. Parts were just so cliche that it seemed that it HAD to be a comedy...though it's listed as a drama in the description on Flixster. I'm confused.
Loved JGL and the kid in the movie...and Rainn Wilson. Natalie Portman had a useless, stupid role. Thought at some points that her role was going to be to turn the movie into a story about pedophilia.
..but I was wrong. I have to say that though I didn't understand JGL's character...at all...I was entertained by him. I mean, he just has straight ridiculous lines through the entire movie. I think he did a great job with the role for what it was.
