Review of Hero (2012) by Abe M — 05 Dec 2010

One of the best movies i've ever seen, and hands down the most beautifully shot film i've ever seen. The camera shots are perfectly placed and in some scenes you can hear the smallest sounds, almost as if the directors took out everything except for a tiny moment.

I also found it interesting how director Yimou Zhang used different color schemes to represent different chapters of the story Nameless was telling. Overall, an incredible story of universal brotherhood, war, and sacrifice that everyone should be able to see.
