Review of Herø (2001) by Cl 9 — 19 Feb 2015

I really liked the originality of this film. it does move a bit slow, but the premise kept my interest. I loved the idea of the artificial intelligence learning human emotions, and then moving beyond the human that showed it how to feel.

Sad, lonely and warm all at the same time. Perhaps also a statement about how we outgrow monogamous relationships? Scarlett Johansson does an incredible voice work as the OS. If my computer sounded like her, I wouldn't leave the house either.

Definitely something different and worth the watch.
