Feature narrative newcomer Ari Aster churns out a truly unforgettable cinematic experience in "Hereditary," one of the most unique and disturbing horror films I've ever had the opportunity to witness.

This is an expertly crafted and masterfully produced film with a slew of A-tier performances and a truly horrifying feel to it. It provokes the kind of mood that's so powerful, you'd end up violating some kind of U.

N. bylaw if you tried bottling it. And though it's not necessarily my cup of tea, I cannot deny the intrinsic talent behind the filmmaker at hand here. Ari Aster is most certainly a force to be reckoned with and he doesn't give one damn about your feelings (in the best way).
